What Will Happen?

What we have known so far is Bob Ewell is trying to get Atticus and Judge Taylor because two of them is the person who made Bob look like a liar in the courthouse. What Bob is trying to do now is revenge Atticus and Judge Taylor. In chapter 27, Bob Ewell is trying to break into Judge Taylor's house because he thinks that no one would be home, but Bob run away because Judge Taylor was home. While Scout and Jem worry about Bob will trying to do something with Atticus, Atticus seems doesn't worry at all because what Bob did showed that he is a coward. Bob also follows Helen, Tom Robinson's wife, when she walks to work. Link Deas finds out Bob is stalking Helen and he walks Helen home and warning Bob that if he keeps it up, he will have Bob thrown in jail. At the end of chapter 27, Scout has the school pageant, Jem and Scout are going to the pageant and Scout says it begins their longest journey together. There is foreshadowing about a big event is going to happen with the pageant, or maybe it will happen to Jem and Scout.
In chapter 28, we have known that Scout plays a ham in her school pageant an it is her dream role. During the pageant there are many things happen with Scout. Scout falls as sleep and when she wakes up, she has missed her part. Scout decides to go out, but it is the wrong choice. When Scout goes out, she bumps into Mrs. Merriweather and ruining the pageant. Scout is embarrassed for ruining the pageant so she waits until when everyone is gone and then goes home. By the time Scout and Jem leave, it is dark and no one is around. For me, it's kind of scared when I go in a dark road without anyone around. I think that something will happen with Jem and Scout because I have watched many movie, and when a person go to a dark place alone, there is something might happen like the person will be kidnapped or something like that. It's just my own thinking but Scout and Jem are Atticus' children, and Bob is trying to get Atticus so I'm fear that Scout and Jem will be involved in this matter, but we don't know yet, we have to wait and see.

  1. I loved your summary of the last two chapters, and I liked how you made it your own too. I agree with you about it being scary when you are by yourself in a dark environment. I like how you put in that it was the "wrong choice" for Scout to go out on stage after she fell asleep because she runs into Mrs. Merriweather, but it is also kind of funny too. I can see why it is embarrassing for Scout too. I loved your post overall!
