A Walking Talking Ham
Scout experiences some "technical" difficulties while being in the pageant. She, naturally, fell asleep when there was no action happening. She was the last food product to come on stage, so she fell asleep in a hot costume. Her teacher got mad at her when she tried to fix everything by running onto stage, but Mrs. Merriweather happened to be there to, so they collided. If I was Scout, I would have run into her too. She was very mean and rude to African Americans, and she gave such a boring talk that I'm surprised more people didn't fall asleep. I mean, you can't blame a kid for falling asleep during long talks. Personally, I remember falling asleep a couple times during an extra long homily at mass. (As a little kid) :)
After the pageant, there is a very suspenseful scene, and this is where my skills come in. I think this is what is going to happen. They are walking by the Radley House when they see something behind them. They turn to see Bob Ewell standing with some sort of weapon. Then, because Boo has been watching them since the beginning chapters, he is going to come running out of the house. He will then somehow disarm Bob. I then think that one of them are going to die. They are going to then hold Boo as he dies, or be hesitant to thank him if he doesn't die. I then think that Alexandra or Atticus or both of them are going to come running out of the house to see them either holding Boo, or come to talk and thank him for saving them. Actually, they will thank him either way. If Boo lives past the night, I think that they will hang out with him a lot. They will invite him over for dinner a lot too. I think they are also in for a surprise when they meet Boo. I think that all the things they assumed about him are going to be proved wrong, and they are going to apologize because they will realize their mistake.

This was an amazing blog post! I personally think that your blog post was very thorough about what happened in chapter 28. You also shared your opinion that everyone kid would fall asleep if they hear Mrs. Merriweather talks. Today, we found out that Bob was the man who attacked Jem and Scout but we didn't know who saved the kids. I hope that the savior is Boo as you wrote in your blog post. Overall, this is a great blog post.
