Jem, CONGRATULATIONS. You played your self.

This has all happened to us in our lifetime. A bunch of adults or even children have done this to us. Teachers, parents, grand parents. Jem, Scout, and Dill were playing Boo Radley. It was basically reenacting  the rumors they had heard about him. Everyone can see what they're doing because they are in the front yard. People can see it, even Boo Radley him self can. Atticus caught them outside playing this game. Jem lies to Atticus saying they weren't doing anything. Atticus knows exactly what they're doing. He lets that one pass to see if he would fuss up the next time and not lie again to get into deeper trouble. Well, Jem played him self. When Atticus caught Jem bugging Boo Radley again, he asked what was going on. Scout knew exactly what was going on. This has happened to me before. I kept forgetting to do my chores I really did think that I did my chores, but I didn't. My parents knew I didn't do my chores and they got mad at me.

In chapter five, a few things go down. The one big things that I have to talk about in this blog is about Jem, Scout, and Dill. They tried to get Boo Radley to come out of the yard. they did that by putting a note on a fishing pole and putting it on the window to Boo Radley's house. Instead of knocking on the door, they did that because they were scared of Boo Radley. They didn't know if Boo Radley would come out screaming and trying to eat them or not. I disagree with the plan they had set out. They had Dill be on patrol, he had a bill and he was supposed to ring it if Boo Radley, Atticus, or just trouble was coming so they could run. Dill didn't do his part. I feel bad for Dill. If I was Dill I wouldn't be ringing that bell. I wouldn't even ring the bell. I would just run without telling anyone.
