Boo!

Boo Radley is someone who is always on the town gossip list. His real name is Arthur, and no one has ever seen him. They assume or gossip that he sees them all at night. There are rumors about him coming to everyone's house and watching them. Now, they have never seen him. They assume that he is some weird guy. There are rumors that he stabbed his dad with a scissors and went right back to what he was cutting up. People call Arthur a malevolent phantom.
Through all these rumors, Jem thinks that he has an image of Arthur. He says that Boo has bloodstained hands. They are stained because of the raw squirrels and cats he eats while he is out at night stalking people. Arthur has rotting teeth like he has never brushed them ever. Through this image, Jem kind of creates poor Boo as a savage animal. I don't agree with how the Finches and the entire town are going about this. I think you shouldn't assume things about someone until you meet them for yourself. I try to do that myself, and I hope you do too.

  1. kassie, I agree when you said, "I don't agree with how the Finches and the entire town are going about this. I think you shouldn't assume things about someone until you meet them for yourself. I try to do that myself, and I hope you do too." I don't assume anything about people. Because you may not have seen what they have gone through.

  2. Kassie, I like your blog, also agree with you about how the Finches thinking about Boo. People can't just listen to the rumors and believe it immediately. For me, I think Boo has some reason so he can't leave the house. I hope that we will find out about Boo soon.
